Align & Flow
Align & Flow: we keep it simple in terms of the asanas (postures) and teach you the fundamentals. Focusing on alignment and slowing it down will allow you to embody the asana practice on a deeper level. This class is great for everyone, but they are a very comfortable starting point for beginners.
Attention to alignment is often facilitated by props to help every body achieve good alignment regardless of your age, flexibility or level of fitness. The use of props minimises the risk of injury or strain or can provide extra challenge. In this playful classes you are able to explore and deepen your yoga practice, whether you are a skilled yogi or new to yoga. Slowing things down allows your body awareness to evolve!
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up and prepare. Bring a towel and water.
