Tai Chi Course
Are you looking for a way to relax, sleep better, improve your performance in sports, and enhance your overall heath and level of energy? If so, then Tai Chi Easy™ might be just for you. It has fewer movements than traditional Tai Chi forms which makes it easy to learn and can be practiced right away.
Tai Chi Easy’s simple, slow, flowing movements, coordinated with gentle breathing and mindful self-awareness. It helps to bring your mind into a state of calm relaxation, which then activates your body’s innate healing system. Some people view Tai Chi as a “Meditation in Motion” and the Harvard Medical School calls it “Medication in Motion”.
Tai Chi Easy™ was developed by Dr. Roger Jahnke, a Doctor of Oriental Medicine, the author of The Healer Within and The Healing Promise of Qi, and the director of the Institute of Integral Qigong & Tai Chi (IIQTC).
The course will be held at Casco Yoga Panama every Wednesday from 7:15-8:15 pm for 6 weeks starting May 3rd 2017.
Your investment for all 6 classes is 90 $ (per class 15 $). For this course we welcome drop ins and other Casco Yoga Packages as well.
Please arrive 5 or 10 minutes before class starts. This class is off the mat, wear comfortable clothing and class will be bare foot or with socks.
