Jackie Koch is a 500 hr yoga instructor, professional dancer, and energy worker. She has studied the body and movement her entire life through her dance training and teaching yoga for the last eight years. She discovered yoga when she tore her ACL during dance class. Yoga helped her come back stronger physically and mentally. The therapeutic benefits of the practice became clear and she began teaching to all ages, backgrounds, and genders. Jackie believes that yoga provides a nurturing pathway of positivity and growth that can transform any life. It is a practice on and off the mat to cultivate happiness and balance mentally, physically, and spiritually. Her dancer soul comes through during her class in the focus she places on alignment and artistry. Her creative sequencing and themes as well as her detailed tutorials on poses and variations always keep her students inspired and learning. Though most importantly she has an open, understanding, inspiring, and positive attitude to help, heal, and teach you.
