Natalya Hardan is originally from the United States, and moved to Panamá in 2017 to begin and pursue a life full of travel, new experiences and fresh perspective.
Natalya’s spiritual curiosity and studies began 10 years ago with the book, “Law of Attraction,” a gift given to her by her mother. Reading this was the first of many, and only the beginning of her journey, which has been filled with constant learning, growing and teaching.
She began her physical practice seven years ago and completed her Yoga Alliance certified RYT-200 Hatha Yoga training in Miami, FL. with instructor Mariano Ardissone of Ayama Yoga in 2016.
In addition to teaching Yoga, Natalya is a vegan dessert recipe developer, food photographer and blogger, and is currently in the process of writing her first cookbook!
About my classes:
Natalya believes that there is one Yoga, but many approaches to develop, shape and enhance its practice. Her aim during each class is to guide her students through transformative classes, creating space for exploration and awareness, physically and mentally. Her classes are artfully sequenced to support balance in its entirety.
