Drop-in Classes & Packages

Full payment is required before any drop-in class or package and is 100% non-refundable.

Reservations

Full payment is required for your class reservation to be valid. You can cancel for free up to 12 hours before the start of class. If you’d like to cancel within 12 hours we charge full attendance. This may sound strict however we have limited spots and we want to honor everyone’s time.

Monthly Packages

Monthly sessions and packages are non-refundable. Factors limiting ability to attend classes such as injury, medical concerns, and personal
circumstances, pre-arranged travel at time of purchase, will be considered on an individual basis. 

All requests for adjustments requiring extension must be arranged at the time of purchase – or with medical emergency or similar unexpected personal situation before the expiration date – with Maya.

All purchased packages should be started within 1 month of purchase. After 1 month of purchase your package automatically starts and will be valid for the time said on package.

Class schedule is subject to change with little notice. Please check our website for up to the minute changes, additions, and/or cancellations.

In stead of extensions we can offer you to add the unused classes with a new package. For instance, if you still had 2 unused classes on a 10 pack you can purchase a new 10 class package and the 2 unused classes will be added to be used that time period. Per package we allow you to take with you a maximum of 2 classes to a new package that is the same package as before.

Workshops, events and private sessions

Full payment is required in order to register for Casco Yoga workshops and events. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis. For private classes the payment will be due on at the time of the session.

Workshops and events are 100% non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled event. A $10.00 cancellation fee applies when cancellation is made, in writing, more than 72 hours before the workshop.

Private Sessions

A $10.00 cancellation fee applies when cancellation or rescheduling is made, in writing, more than 72 hours before the session. We charge 100% when the session is canceled within 36 hrs of the appointment.

Yoga Retreat Panama

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your space. The rest to be expected 1 month prior retreat*.

*All deposits are non-refundable and required to confirm booking. Final Balances are due 1 month prior retreat. Cancellations made within 30 days of retreat start date are subject to the full price of retreat package.
