At Istmo Yoga & Adventure Retreat
Join us for our Weekend Yoga & Meditation Retreat at Istmo. Nestled in the jungle and steps away from a secluded tropical beach April 17th – 19th 2020.
Istmo is a family-run full-service yoga retreat center and boutique hotel in Playa Grande, San Carlos, 1.25 hours from Panama City and 10 minutes from the town of Coronado. The property is situated on 4 acres of land, including an acre of pristine rainforest, and is a short 5-minute walk from the tranquil Playa Grande beach.
Join us for an amazing weekend Yoga & Meditation Retreat: 4 yoga & meditation classes and a meditation workshop with Maya and Edwin, 6 delicious meals made by Chef Sean, beach and jungle time and more!
Retreat includes:
– Accommodation in ISTMO’s beautiful stand-alone air-conditioned bungalows
– A total of five healthy vegetarian meals and one seafood meal, served buffet style. Let us know during your booking of any dietary restrictions.
– Tea and water available throughout the day
– 4 yoga & meditation classes and 1 workshop guided by Maya and Edwin in a 80m2 hardwood floor yoga studio surrounded by nature
Housekeeping
– Use of facilities including the yoga studio and props, common room, lounge areas, gardens, a mediation labyrinth, nature trail etc.

*All deposits are non-refundable and required to confirm booking. Final Balances are due March 10th. Cancellations made within 30 days of retreat start date are subject to the full price of retreat package.

– recommended departure at 2:00 pm from Panama City own transport, or join our private bus for $25 each way!
– 5:00 pm opening circle followed by Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation
– 7:30 pm dinner
Saturday:
– 7:15 am Coffee and Fruit available before class
– 7:30 am Meditation & Vinyasa Yoga class
– Breakfast after
– Beach/Hammock time
– 1 pm Lunch
– 4 pm Workshop
– 5:30 pm Yin & Yoga Nidra
– 7:30 pm Dinner
Sunday:
– 7:15 am Coffee and Fruit available before class
– 7:45 am Meditation & Vinyasa Detox
