Macrame Mindfulness Workshop

Macrame workshop by NotCommonGirls at Casco Yoga September 15th 2-5:30pm. We are glad to invite you to our next and very special workshop. It has been created to be aware in the present moment through macramé techniques + yoga class with teacher Maya.

Dress comfy and Join us on Saturday 15th of September. Light snacks, materials for the looms and yoga mat are included.
