It seems that everywhere you look these days there is talk about mindfulness. That’s because this techniques not only help you to be happier and more present in your life, but also to be more successful in the workplace. And that’s why so many of today’s leading corporations like Apple, Google, Adobe and Yahoo, all teach mindfulness to their employees.
What’s more, there is nothing complicated about Mindfulness. It is simply being present, to our experience, our whole experience and nothing but our experience. Mindfulness allows us to slow down, to play and to wonder.
In this highly-interactive, playful 3-hour workshop you will be guided in a number of the most common mindfulness practices, giving you the fundamentals to actually start both an informal and formal mindfulness practice at home.

Brenda is a licensed instructor for the .b (Dot B) Mindfulness in Schools Project, a facilitator for the Mindful Ambassador program, is trained in the Google Mindfulness program – Search Inside Yourself – and has studied in Dr. Michelle May’s “Am I Hungry” Mindful Eating program. Most recently, she has been leading workshops and 8-week mindfulness sessions in Asia and Central America.
