Partner Inversions

Partner Inversions Workshop April 21st at Casco Yoga with Diego. Remember that sense of play we all had when we were young? Come and find that sense of play through inversions and working with a group… going through the basics of body awareness to the sense of spotting. We will show you many tools to share and learn to progressively get better with your inversions. . No partner necessary and no experience either, if you do have some experience we will take it to the next level.
