Hot Vinyasa Flow
In this Hot Vinyasa Flow class the fans are turned off and the temperature of the room rises with the natural Panamanian heat. Breath through a full 75 or 90 minute practice while releasing toxins through the skin. Hot Vinyasa allows for us to deepen movements creating greater flexibility and strength in both body and mind.
For those that might find the temperature too much, we will happily create a space near a window or fan for your comfort.
Be prepared to sweat! For this class you will need to arrive with a towel and water.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up and prepare.
