Core Flow is a class with a Fusion of Pilates and Vinyasa. In the class we focus on core strength, stretch and opening of the lungs with mindful breath. The class will not only challenge your body but also your mind, find your boundaries and feel good.
The class is available for all levels. It’s a great addition to when you start your yoga practice to build muscle to protect from injuries. Or to maintain an overall healthy strength.
Be prepared to get challenged, find new muscles and open the body in a new way.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up and prepare. Bring a towel and water.
